The ERP Software Negotiation Lawyer Has Changed Law Firms

I am delighted to inform you that I have moved my ERP litigation, negotiation and drafting practice to the law firm of Taft Stettinius and Hollister.

The Taft firm is well-respected with clients that range from high tech start-ups to an impressive list of Fortune 500 organizations that we serve with more than 400 attorneys working in some 20 practice and industry groups across 10 offices. The opportunity to represent a growing list of businesses that are dealing with the disruption caused by a failed ERP software implementation was irresistible. It has a sophisticated Intellectual Property practice with more than 60 attorneys focusing on all aspects of IP.

At the same time, I can offer clients a national presence, more competitive rates and access to sophisticated lawyers handling a wide range of litigation, corporate and commercial issues and opportunities.

I am joining the roughly dozen attorneys in its Privacy and Data Security group, where I will be working with top-notch cybersecurity lawyers.

The firm traces its history back to the 19th century when it was founded by the sons of William Howard Taft, the 26th President of the United States. If you’d like to know more about it, please visit its website. And if you want to know more about my move, and how I will be better able to serve clients and the industry. Meanwhile, as always we will continue to put up new blog posts here at SoftwareNegotiation.com covering subjects such as ERP implementation and failure, the looming arrival of GDPR regulations and other emerging topics you will want to know about to better manage your business.
