MillerCoors Sues India’s HCL Technologies For Failed SAP Implementation Seeking $100 Million In Damages
Earlier this month Chicago-based MillerCoors LLC filed a lawsuit in the Northern District of Illinois against India’s HCL Technologies and its US affiliate HCL America over a recent SAP ERP implementation.
